Oyster Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 pt. small oysters
    1/2 box saltine crackers
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    black pepper to taste
    2 cans chicken broth
Preparation
    Crush crackers and place in mixing bowl. Add oysters and juice. Add melted butter and black pepper to taste. Add approximately 2 cans of chicken broth. Mixture should be consistency to pour easily (similar to cake batter). Add more broth or a little water if needed. Pour into greased 9-inch baking dish and bake at 425\u00b0 approximately 25 minutes. Should be slightly brown on top. Let set for a few minutes before serving.
