Boston Plum Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    3 jars 3rd stage Gerber plums
    1 c. pecans, chopped
    1/2 tsp. cloves
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. self-rising flour
Preparation
    Mix well with a whisk the first 7 ingredients. Gradually add the flour until well blended. Pour into well-greased tube pan. Lightly drop pan to let air out of batter. Bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
