Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. white potatoes, chunked
    1 bunch celery, sliced
    1 large white onion, chopped
    4 cans cream of celery soup
    2 c. milk
    1/2 pt. whipping cream
    1/2 pt. half and half
    1/2 lb. butter or butter substitute
    spices to taste: salt, pepper, garlic powder, Mrs. Dash, paprika, Lawry's seasoned salt, Beau Monde and parsley flakes
Preparation
    Chunk or slice potatoes thick (approximately 1-inch).
    Slice celery thick.
    Chop onion.
    Cover all vegetables with water (not too much water, just enough to cover).
    Boil vegetables until tender.
    Add butter and spices during cooking.
    Season to taste. Add cream of celery soup, milk, whipping cream and half and half; blend well.
    Simmer for approximately 15 minutes.
