Zucchini And Pasta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (28 oz.) can Italian style tomatoes
    1/3 c. grated onion
    2 1/2 c. diced zucchini (use small zucchini)
    pinch of oregano
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Puree tomatoes in blender for 10 seconds.
    Place all ingredients in pot.
    Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer for approximately 1/2 hour.
    Boil water for pasta.
    Add sauce to cooked pasta.
    Delicious with any shorter style pasta; ziti, rigatoni, trio Italiano, etc.
