Sweet-And-Sour Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 lb. ground pork
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. minced onions
    1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. minced green pepper (optional)
Preparation
    Combine tomato sauce, brown sugar, vinegar and mustard. Combine meat, eggs, onion, green pepper, bread crumbs and seasonings.
    Add 1 cup tomato sauce mixture.
    Pack into a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
    Pour 1/4 cup over meat loaf.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Heat remaining sauce and serve with meat loaf. Garnish with green pepper slices, if desired.
