Peanut Butter Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/4 c. shortening
1/4 c. oleo
3 eggs
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. chocolate bits
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Cream together first 4 ingredients.
Add eggs and vanilla. Sift together flour, baking powder and salt.
Combine with sugar mixture; stir well.
Add chocolate bits.
Place in greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
