Chicken Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breast fillets, halved
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 c. plain bread crumbs
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 c. olive oil
    2 c. tomato sauce
    1/4 tsp. basil
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan
    1/3 c. grated Mozzarella
Preparation
    Heat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Pound chicken breasts until 1/4-inch thick.
    Combine eggs, salt and pepper.
    Dip chicken in egg mixture.
    Combine bread crumbs, seasoned salt, pepper and oregano; dip chicken into crumbs.
    Heat oil on medium-high.
    Quickly brown chicken.
    Remove to shallow 2-quart baking dish.
    Pour excess oil from skillet.
    Stir tomato sauce and basil into skillet; heat to a boil.
    Simmer for 5 minutes.
    Stir in butter.
    Pour over chicken. Sprinkle with Parmesan.
    Cover; bake for 30 minutes.
    Sprinkle Mozzarella on chicken.
    Bake 10 minutes longer.
