Artichoke Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 jars marinated artichoke hearts
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    4 eggs
    1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/8 tsp. pepper, oregano and Tabasco
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
    2 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation
    Drain 1 jar of marinade into frypan.
    Chop all artichokes and set aside.
    Add onion and garlic to frypan and saute until onion is limp (5 minutes).
    In bowl, beat eggs with a fork and add everything else.
    Turn into a 7 x 11-inch pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Cool in pan and cut into squares.
