Ingredients

1 chocolate graham cracker pie crust
2 c. sliced bananas, 2 medium bananas
1 pkg. (4 serving) sugar free chocolate instant pudding
2/3 c. non fat dry milk powder
1 1/3 c. water
1 c. low fat whipped topping
1 1/2 tsp. coconut extract, optional
2 Tbsp. flaked coconut, optional
Preparation

Cut up bananas into pie crust.
Mix pudding, milk powder, water, 1/4 of the whipped topping and 3/4 teaspoon of coconut extract together.
Should be runny.
Pour over bananas.
