Rivel Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1 to 1 1/2 qt. milk
Preparation
    Mix with fork the flour, salt and 1 egg to form rivels. Boil milk; add rivels.
    Boil until done, a few minutes.
    Can add potatoes or parsley.
