Broccoli And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. chopped broccoli
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 c. shredded cheese
    1 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. cooking oil
    2 c. cooked rice
    1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cook broccoli, onions and oil until onions turn clear (5 to 10 minutes).
    Add soup and milk and bring to a boil.
    Add rice, 1 cup of cheese, salt and pepper.
    Pour mixture into a casserole dish and top with remaining cup of cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
