Hamburger Mincemeat - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground chuck
1/2 lb. suet ground with chuck
5 tart apples, peeled and chopped
1 1/2 c. apple butter
1 Tbsp. vinegar
3/4 c. chopped raisins
3/4 c. currants
1 c. water
3 Tbsp. molasses
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. lemon extract
juice and grated rind of 1 lemon
Preparation

Cook meat until red color is gone.
Separate into small pieces.
Add remaining ingredients.
Cook 1 hour.
Pack in sterilized jars.
Seal tight.
Store in refrigerator.
Use for pies or cookies.
