Tomatoes Nicoise - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 C. olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 C. onion, sliced
6 to 8 large ripe tomatoes, sliced
1/2 C. fresh parsley, chopped
1/4 C. fresh basil leaves, chopped
2 Tbsp. snipped chives
3/4 C. herb stuffing
Salt & fresh ground black pepper
Preparation

Heat 2 Tbsp. olive oil.
Add garlic & onion.
Cook about 5 minutes.
Spread this mixture evenly in a 9 x 13 inch glass baking dish.
Top with sliced tomatoes.
Mix remaining ingredients and sprinkle on top.
Drizzle with 2 Tbsp. olive oil.
