Veggie Mold - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin
1/2 c. boiling water
1 c. mayonnaise
1 pt. cottage cheese, beaten until smooth
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
pinch of salt
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 cucumber, chopped and drained
Preparation

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; let cool a few minutes, then blend into the cheese.
Add mayo and seasonings, beating until smooth.
Add green pepper, onion and cucumber.
Spoon into an oiled mold and chill.
Excellent with ham.
