Wanda'S Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 bushel tomatoes
    1 pkg. mild salsa mix (optional)
    2 1/2 c. chopped onions
    2 1/2 c. celery, chopped
    2 1/2 c. green peppers, chopped
    1 c. vinegar
    5 red hot peppers, chopped
Preparation
    Wash tomatoes; dip in boiling water for 1/2 minute to loosen skin.
    Dip into cold water; drain.
    Core, peel and quarter tomatoes and remove seeds if you want to (I didn't).
    Chop into 1/2-inch pieces.
