Chicken-Fried Steaks - cooking recipe
Ingredients

beef steaks, tenderized (preferably less than 1/2-inch thick; can use chopped steaks if you wish)
egg, slightly beaten
Bisquick
salt and pepper to your taste
cooking oil (for frying)

Pour enough cooking oil into a skillet to measure about 1/2-inch deep. Heat oil on medium-high until hot.
