Marinated Pork Tenderloin - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 lb. boneless pork loin roast
3 c. apple juice
1 1/2 Tbsp. dry mustard
4 Tbsp. basil
1 1/2 Tbsp. onion powder
1 c. soy sauce
Preparation

Combine all ingredients, except the pork roast, in a large plastic bag.
Place roast in, press all the air out and tie securely.
Marinate for 2 hours or longer. Reserve the marinade. Place roast on a rack in shallow roasting pan.
Pour half of the marinade into roaster.
Roast at 325\u00b0 for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
Baste with remaining marinade every 20 minutes.
Refrigerate any leftover meat in the marinade.
