Chocolate Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. oil
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
4 Tbsp. cocoa
3 zucchini (approximately 6-inches)
1/2 to 1 c. chocolate chips
Preparation

Cream brown and white sugars, butter and oil together in large bowl.
Add eggs, vanilla and buttermilk; stir well to mix. Measure flour, spices, salt, baking soda and cocoa into sifter, then sift into bowl.
Grate zucchini into the bowl. Stir until blended.
Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
Sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
