My Sister'S Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. steak
    1 small onion
    1 bouillon cube
    1 c. Minute rice
    1 c. thinly sliced carrots
    1 c. celery, cut up
    1/4 c. onion
    1/4 c. green pepper
    salt
    pepper
    soy sauce
Preparation
    The steak (any kind) should be frozen and sliced in thin strips.
    Flour the strips and brown in 1 tablespoon of oleo along with the sliced onion.
    When brown, add 1 or 2 cups water and the bouillon cube and simmer.
    Cook the rice in 1 cup water and 1 teaspoon oleo.
    Set aside.
    Stir-fry the vegetables and add about 1 teaspoon soy sauce.
    Put in bowl:
    rice, steak mix and vegetables on top.
