Favorite Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. melted margarine
    1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen hashed brown potatoes, thawed
    1 c. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 c. crushed cornflakes
    1/2 c. melted margarine
Preparation
    Combine 1/2 cup margarine, potatoes, sour cream, soup, onion, cheese, salt and pepper in large bowl; mix well.
    Spoon into greased shallow 9 x 13-inch casserole.
    Mix cornflakes with remaining 1/2 cup margarine in bowl.
    Sprinkle over potato mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes or until brown.
