Harvard Beets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can sliced beets
    2 Tbsp. flour or 1 tsp. cornstarch
    1/4 c. cider vinegar
    1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Save 1/2 of liquid. Heat beets, sugar and vinegar. Add flour to remaining liquid and blend. Pour over beets and cook to desired thickness.
