Shrimp-Cucumber Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. poppy seed
    1 tsp. salt and pepper
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. vinegar
    2 c. Baby Bay shrimp
    2 tsp. parsley
    1/4 c. minced red onion
    6 peeled cucumbers, cut into 1/4-inch sq.
Preparation
    Blend sugar, poppy seed, salt, mayonnaise, vinegar and parsley together.
    Pour over shrimp, cucumber and onion.
    Chill at least one hour.
    Serve over lettuce leaves.
