Barbecued Beef Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 lb. beef brisket
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    You may have less brisket, but still use 1/2 cup water.
    Place the brisket on a sheet of heavy-duty foil.
    Add water.
    Fold the foil across the top and sides to seal.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 3 hours. Drain drippings; refrigerate overnight.
    Slice meat cross-grain in thin slices.
    Add barbecue sauce between slices, and a small amount on top.
    Wrap in foil and heat at 250\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Drain this sauce off and serve hot with fresh sauce.
