Apple-Pecan Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. oil
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
3 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1 (21 oz.) can apple pie filling
1 1/4 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Combine oil, sugar and eggs in mixer bowl; mix well.
Mix flour, soda, cinnamon and salt together in bowl.
Add to batter alternately, with pie filling, mixing well after each addition. Stir in pecans.
Spoon into greased and floured tube pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
Remove to wire rack to cool.
