1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. salt
1 Tbsp. garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/3 bottle liquid smoke
1/2 c. A.1. sauce
Preparation

Slice lean meat to desired thickness.
Put in glass pan and cover with marinade.
Refrigerate for 24 hours.
Remove from marinade and pat dry with a paper towel.
Lay across oven racks for 3 to 4 hours at 150\u00b0.
