Creamy Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk
    1/4 c. long grain rice
    1 egg
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1 tsp. cinnamon (optional)
Preparation
    In a large saucepan heat milk.
    Add rice and simmer 15 minutes.
    In a bowl beat egg, sugar, vanilla and evaporated milk. Stir rice, one tablespoon at a time, into the egg mixture.
    Return to heat and cook slowly until thick.
