Mushroom Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pie crust for 2 crust pie
    1 1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    1/2 lb. grated or shredded Swiss cheese
    4 medium onions, sliced paper thin
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Make pie crust.
    Put in a 9-inch plate.
    Saute onions in butter until tender.
    Take off heat.
    Add mushrooms and cheese, mixing well.
    Put in pie crust.
    Make lattice pie crust on top.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until crust is done.
    Serve warm as a side dish with a roast.
