Sour Cream Coconut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 sticks butter or margarine
3 c. sugar
3 c. flour
6 eggs
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. sour cream
2 tsp. vanilla
1 can flaked coconut

Preparation

Cream margarine or butter and sugar; beat well.
Add eggs and dry ingredients with sour cream.
Add vanilla and coconut; pour into greased and floured tube pan.
Bake 1 hour and 20 minutes.
