Chicken Chimichangas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. shredded chicken
1 c. salsa
dash of garlic powder
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. cumin
6 (10-inch) flour tortillas
4 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
2 c. shredded lettuce
Preparation

Heat oven to 475\u00b0.
In saucepan combine chicken, 1/2 salsa, garlic powder, oregano and cumin.
Cook over low heat, stirring until heated through and liquids evaporate.
Brush both sides of flour tortilla with butter.
Spoon 1/6 filling into center of each tortilla.
Fold opposite sides of tortilla inward toward filling. Fold remaining 2 sides over filling to form bundle.
