Breakfast Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    1 green pepper
    1 (9-inch) deep dish pie shell
    1 small onion
    1 pkg. shredded Swiss cheese
    4 eggs
    1 c. half and half
Preparation
    Brown sausage and drain.
    Add green pepper, onion and cheese. Mix together.
    Pour into pie shell.
    Whip eggs and half and half; pour over sausage.
    Bake in a 375\u00b0 preheated oven for 40 minutes.
