Ingredients

1 pizza crust or make from scratch
2 c. cubed, cooked chicken
1/2 c. salsa or picante sauce
2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese (8 oz.)
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 bell pepper, cut into thin rings
Preparation

Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
Grease cookie sheet or pizza pan.
Use premade crust or homemade.
Mix chicken and salsa.
Sprinkle crust with 3/4 cup of the cheese.
Top with onion, chicken mixture and pepper.
Sprinkle on remaining cheese.
Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until crust is brown and cheese is bubbly.
