No Knead Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. shortening
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. scalded milk
    1 pkg. yeast
    1 egg
    4 c. flour
    1/2 c. cold water
Preparation
    Mix shortening, sugar, salt and milk.
    Cool to lukewarm by adding the cold water.
    Dissolve yeast in mixture.
    Blend in egg. Add flour and mix well.
    Roll to 1/2-inch thickness.
    Cut.
    Let rise for 1 hour.
    Bake at 350\u00b0.
