Hot Nacho Cheese Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese, softened, cut in slices
1 medium onion, chopped
8 oz. hot or mild taco sauce
1 small can chopped chili peppers
10 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
12 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation

In a 2-quart casserole, layer the ingredients in order listed. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes, until all the cheeses have melted and the mixture is heated through.
Serve with lots of nachos.
