Hot Mushroom Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices bacon, cooked crisp
    1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1/2 c. sour cream
    salt and pepper to taste
    pinch of thyme
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    4 c. crushed tomatoes, fresh or canned
    1 c. chopped onions
    6 cloves garlic, minced
    3 to 4 jalapeno peppers (leave seed in for more heat)
    1 bunch fresh cilantro (stems) leaves, chopped
    1 1/2 tsp. cumin
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. honey
    1/4 c. vinegar or lemon-lime juice
    freshly ground pepper
    1/4 c. olive oil
Preparation
    The food processor is a must for speed.
    Leave onions chunky and peppers very minced, etc.
