Refrigerator Pickles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

7 c. sliced cucumbers
1 c. sliced onions
1 c. sliced green, red and/or yellow peppers
2 c. sugar
1 c. cider vinegar
1 Tbsp. salt
1 tsp. celery seed
Preparation
-
Put all of the ingredients in a gallon jar after first mixing the vinegar and sugar together to dissolve sugar.
Cover for 24 hours before using.
Keep in refrigerator.
