Summer Pilaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. thinly sliced green onions
    1/3 c. pine nuts or slivered almonds
    1 clove garlic, minced
    3 c. cooked rice (cooked in chicken broth)
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
    1/4 tsp. dried thyme
Preparation
    Melt butter in large skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Add onions, nuts and garlic.
    Cook and stir 3 to 5 minutes or until nuts are lightly browned.
    Add rice, salt, pepper and thyme. Cook and stir 3 or 5 minutes or until well blended.
    Serve immediately.
