Buttermilk Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. buttermilk
    grated rind and juice of 1 lemon
Preparation
    Beat egg yolks and sugar (save whites for meringue).
    Mix flour and butter together; add egg yolks, sugar, buttermilk, lemon juice and rind.
    Pour in unbaked pie shell.
    Bake 10 minutes at 450\u00b0.
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0; bake 30 to 35 minutes.
    Beat egg whites,
    while beating add 6 tablespoons sugar.
    Spread on pie and brown.
