Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can white Shoe Peg corn
    1 can LeSueur peas
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped green peppers
    1 bunch green onions
    1 small jar pimentos
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. wine vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Boil the sugar, wine, vinegar, salt, pepper and water together, then pour over vegetables.
    Good hot or cold.
