Orange-Date-Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    4 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. buttermilk
    1 1/2 tsp. soda
    2 c. nuts
    1 large pkg. dates
    2 tsp. grated orange peel
Preparation
    Cream
    butter and sugar together.
    Add eggs; beat for 1 minute on medium speed.
    Cut and roll dates in 1 cup flour and mix
    with butter,
    sugar
    and
    eggs.\tStir
    together\tand add buttermilk. Stir
    in
    nuts, dates and orange peel.
    Fills one Bundt pan and 6 muffin tins.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 until done.
