2 c. ham, diced
8 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced thin
1/2 c. celery
1/4 c. diced onion
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. flour
1/4 c. butter
2 c. milk
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Layer potatoes, ham and vegetables in lightly-greased, 9-inch square baking dish.
Sprinkle with flour, salt and pepper.
Pour in milk.
Dot with butter.
Bake 30 to 45 minutes or until potatoes are done.
