Sweet And Sour Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. dehydrated onion flakes
    1/8 c. wine vinegar
    3/4 c. sugar
    2/3 c. cider vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1/3 c. salad oil
    5 c. zucchini, sliced paper thin (about 2 to 3 medium)
Preparation
    Soak onion in wine vinegar, sugar, salt ,pepper, oil and cider vinegar.
    Pour over vegetables; mix well.
    Marinate in covered dish for
    6 hours or overnight.
    Drain and serve.
    Chopped black olives may be added if desired.
    Makes 12 servings.
    A good dish for a brunch.
