Rhubarb-Strawberry Spoon Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. sliced rhubarb
1/2 c. strawberry jam
3 Tbsp. oleo
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. wheat bran flakes or cornflakes
3/4 c. flour
1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. sugar
3 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
pinch of salt
1/2 c. boiling water
Preparation

Mix together rhubarb and jam and spread evenly in 8 x 8-inch or 9 x 9-inch pan.
In large bowl, blend oleo and sugar until crumbly.
Stir in bran or cornflakes, whichever you are using. Stir in alternately flour and milk.
Do not overbeat.
