Ingredients

1 (12 oz.) carton sour cream with chives
1 pkg. Good Seasons cheese garlic dressing mix
1 Tbsp. unflavored gelatin
1 large (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
4 oz. Blue cheese, crumbled
1 c. cottage cheese
1/4 c. water
Preparation

Soften gelatin in water over low heat.
Combine sour cream and cream cheese.
Add cottage cheese and salad dressing mix; stir in Blue cheese.
Add gelatin; mix well.
Pour in mold and refrigerate overnight.
Next day, convert mold on a fancy platter.
