Black Forest Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 box chocolate cake mix (with pudding in mix)
2 eggs
1 tsp. almond extract
1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Grease and flour one 9 x 13-inch pan. In a large mixing bowl, beat eggs. Add remaining ingredients and mix well with spoon until well blended. (Mixture will be thick like brownie mix.) Spread into prepared pan and bake in preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes. (Test with straw for doneness.) Remove from oven. While cake is baking, make frosting.
