Nutty Baked Acorn Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium acorn squash
    1/2 c. unsweetened crushed pineapple, drained
    1/3 c. chopped pecans
    1/3 c. chopped pitted dates
    1 Tbsp. honey
    1 tsp. ground coriander
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Wash squash; cut in half.
    Remove seeds and fibers.
    Place cavity side up in ungreased baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients.
    Fill squash halves evenly.
    Pour water in dish to 1/4-inch.
    Cover and bake 30 minutes until tender.
