Beet Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. diced beets
1 c. diced carrots
4 green onions, chopped
4 or 5 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1 medium size can green peas
1/2 c. ketchup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
hot sauce to taste

Preparation

Combine ketchup, mayonnaise and hot sauce.
Combine with rest of ingredients.
Toss well.
