Microwave Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. ketchup
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    1 egg
    1 c. milk
    1/8 tsp. paprika
    2 Tbsp. ketchup
Preparation
    Mix together beef, onion, crumbs, egg, 2 tablespoons ketchup, milk and seasonings.
    Mold into a rounded, flat loaf in a 9-inch pie plate.
    Spread 2 tablespoons of ketchup evenly over top of loaf.
    Cover with plastic wrap.
    Microwave at
    Medium-high (7) for 21 to 23 minutes, rotating dish 1/2 turn after 12 minutes.
    When oven signals, remove meat loaf and let stand about 10 minutes for firm before serving.
    Serve in wedges.
    Makes 6 servings.
