Seafood Pizza With Smoked Mozzarella(Serves 4) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) frozen bread dough or pizza dough, thawed
    3 Tbsp. olive oil, divided (1 Tbsp. plus 2 Tbsp.)
    1/2 lb. shrimp, shelled and cleaned
    1/2 lb. scallops
    1 garlic clove
    4 tomatoes, thinly sliced
    1/2 lb. smoked Mozzarella or smoked Swiss, thinly sliced
    1/2 c. fresh basil leaves
    2 Tbsp. capers, drained
Preparation
    Cut dough into 4 pieces.
    Roll each into 6-inch round and place on baking sheets.
    Brush with 1 tablespoon olive oil.
    Bake in preheated 400\u00b0 oven for 7 to 8 minutes.
