Strawberry Short Cut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 pkg. strawberry Jell-O
2 c. frozen strawberries
2 1/4 c. flour
1 c. milk
1/2 c. shortening
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs

Preparation

Grease 13 x 9-inch pan.
Sprinkle with marshmallows.
Combine strawberries and Jell-O.
Combine remaining ingredients.
Blend until moist.
Beat 3 minutes.
Pour batter over marshmallows. Spoon strawberry mixture over batter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
