Orange Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 medium sweet potatoes
1/2 tsp. grated orange skin
1/2 c. orange juice
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

Boil potatoes in salted water.
Remove skins.
Mash potatoes; add remaining ingredients and whip until fluffy.
Put in a medium baking dish.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Serves 4.
